Leadership
Our Lead Pastors
Pastor Matt and Pastor Sarah Keller are the founding and lead pastors of Next Level Church. They launched the church in 2002 with just a handful of people and a God-sized dream to create a place where everyone could experience the love and hope of Jesus. Today, that dream has become a thriving, multi-site church impacting thousands of people across Southwest Florida and beyond.
With authenticity, passion, and a deep love for people, Pastors Matt and Sarah lead in a way that consistently points others toward their God-given purpose. Whether they’re teaching on a Sunday, mentoring leaders, or investing in their team, their heart is to help people take their next step toward the full life God has for them.
Pastors Matt and Sarah also founded the Next Level Relational Network, which helps pastor ministry leaders so they can lead healthy, high-impact churches both nationally and globally.
At home, they’re the proud parents of two grown sons, Will and Drew, and recently stepped into the joy-filled role of grandparents with the arrival of their first granddaughter. This season of life is marked by deep gratitude, vision for the future, and an even greater passion to see lives transformed by Jesus.

Oversight Team
At Next Level Church, we are grateful for a trusted team of oversight pastors—wise, seasoned leaders from outside our church—who provide spiritual covering, accountability, and counsel to our Lead Pastors and Executive Leadership Team. Their role is to protect the integrity of the church and help ensure we stay aligned with God’s vision.
