Sarah Keller: Executive Administrator

Pastor Matt Keller began his ministry in 1994 in Youth Ministry at Calvary Chapel in Auburn, Indiana. Two years later, he married his wife Sarah, the pastor's daughter.  

In 1998, Matt began working as the National Youth Director for a non-denominational fellowship of churches in Fort Wayne, Indiana. During this time, Matt and Sarah traveled through churches in many parts of the United States.  They enjoyed hosting Youth Conferences, Children's & Youth Camps, and sharing their heart about next generation awareness.
 

In 2000, Matt & Sarah had their first son, Will. They continued to be used by God to make an impact in the lives of people all across America.  This incredible ministry experience equipped Matt and his family for their greatest adventure . . . planting Next Level Church! 

Matt and Sarah moved to Southwest Florida in January of 2002 with the dream of building a life-giving church that was focused on the life-change through a relationship with Jesus.  Next Level Church had it's first service in May of 2002.  They added their youngest son, Drew, to their family in May of 2003, which has made their family feel complete. Sarah oversees much of the administration and creative arts at NLC. 

Even as God continues to add and multiply the influence that NLC is having on Southwest Florida and beyond, Pastor Matt is committed to keeping the focus always on people connecting with God, their destiny, and others who are on the same pursuit!  

Mike Ash:  Associate Pastor / Family Ministries

Mike Ash was a part of the initial Next Level church planting team.  After Bible College, he relocated from Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Fort Myers.  His love for people is evident by all that come into contact with him.  

With a huge heart to see lives changed by Jesus, Mike has been committed to the growth of NLC from the beginning. Mike oversee's the entire Family Ministries Department (Birth - High School) at NLC, Leads our Community Outreach and also teaches on Sundays throughout the year. 

Mike married his sweetheart, LeAnne, in October of 2005 and they have two young sons, Karston and Bryden...which keep them busy!
